SunMag Standard Hump Magnetic Separator generally is made of two magnetic plates which mounted in an offset housing and is installed in vertical or horizontal spouts to remove the ferromagnetic impurities from the material which conveyed by wind or free-falling because of gravity, and fit for installing in pipeline to remove the ferromagnetic impurities from flaky, granular and powdery material effectively, and widely used in production line of larger particles materials with high flow or powdery material with good fluidity.
Construction:Different kind of magnetic grade material including Neodymium-Iron-Boron/NdFeB (rare earth), Samarium-Cobalt/SmCo (rare earth), Ceramic/Ferrite for required magnetic strength and temperature.

Applications :SunMag Standard Hump Magnets are widely used to remove ferromagnetic impurities and iron tramps in heavy, flaky, granular and powdery materials, and could be easily assembled and installed in vertical or horizontal direction, the coming materials strike the first plate magnet to lower the speed, then come through the second plate magnet, both two plate magnet are hinged and gasketed to the steel housing.
