SunMag Pneumatic Hump Magnetic Separator generally is made of two magnetic plate which mounted in an offset housing and is installed in vertical or horizontal spouts to remove the ferromagnetic impurities away from the material which conveyed by wind or free-falling, and the best thing is pneumatically controlled to reduce downtime and permit remote or automated operation.

Applications :SunMag Pneumatic Hump Magnets are widely used in heavy, flaky, granular and powdery materials, and could be easily assembled and installed in vertical or horizontal direction, the coming materials strike the first plate magnet to lower the speed, then come through the second plate magnet, both two plate magnet are hinged and gasketed to the steel housing and could remove ferromagnetic impurities and iron tramps. And with design of pneumatic control, the cost and time for cleaning and maintenance have been improved greatly.
